Every event is different, and we like to keep it that way. We offer custom packages designed around you and your crew. Pricing starts at $1,450, but the best way to get an accurate quote is to fill out the contact form below. We’ll chat through your event details, explore options and add-ons, and land on pricing that makes the most sense for your needs.
All events include delivery, setup and tear down. Service is within a 50 mile radius of Overland Park, KS. All events outside of the service area will include a round trip mileage charge of $1.00 per mile. All rentals require a $500 non-refundable deposit which will be applied toward your rental fee and will be due at the time of booking.

Classic Trailergating Events
Recommended for events with 40 or fewer guests. This Trailergating Ultimate Tailgate Experience trailer is 10′ long with a total of three TVs. This trailer comes equipped with your own private bathroom with hot and cold running water, two 4-burner gas grills, two beer taps, satellite TV, chairs, tent and tables. The Trailergating Ultimate Tailgate trailer is the life of the party and is the ultimate tailgate experience.
Corporate Trailergating
Events
Recommended for events with 40 or more guests. The Corporate Event Trailer is 24′ long with a total of 8 TVs. Including a 70″ TV, three 55″ TVs and four more TVs to add to the experience. This trailer comes equipped with two private air conditioned bathrooms, three 5-burner gas grills, and two beer taps in the bar window. The Trailergating Corporate Trailer is a show stopper and beyond an ultimate tailgate experience.
Elite Corporate Tailgates
Recommended for events with 125 or more guests. The Corporate Elite Event Trailer is 30′ long with a total of 8 TVs. Including a 75″ TV, three 65″ TVs and four more TVs to add to the experience. This trailer comes equipped with three private air conditioned bathrooms, three 4-burner gas grills, and two beer taps in the bar window. The Trailergating Corporate Elite Trailer is a show stopper and is the elite tailgate experience.
