Trailergating provides turnkey tailgate trailer rentals for sporting events, corporate functions, block parties, backyard gatherings, graduations, and more. Our trailers come fully equipped with private bathrooms, satellite TVs, gas grills, beer taps, coolers, audio entertainment, games, seating, and more — you arrive, relax, and enjoy the event .
We are based in Olathe, KS, and serve the greater Kansas City metro area (including stadium events such as Arrowhead and Kauffman Stadium). We can travel further — travel fees and individual stadium parking fees apply beyond our 50‑mile radius.
You can contact us via our website inquiry form, include your event day, group size, location, and some details about your event so we can provide you with the best options. All trailers are rented on a first come, first served basis. A non‑refundable deposit is required to reserve the unit. The full rental fee is due prior to your event.
Each package includes delivery, onsite setup, teardown, and amenities such as tent coverage, tables, chairs, coolers, grills with propane, restroom(s), TVs, games, and more. Ice and paper goods (cups, plates, utensils) are typically provided .
Trailergating does not provide food or beverage.
We have several preferred food vendors we are happy to connect you with.
Alcohol is not supplied by Trailergating, but we can facilitate service or pickup logistics if needed
Absolutely. You may provide your own food, beverages, or gear—as long as venue rules allow. We’re happy to help coordinate dropping off your items so we can load them on your trailer prior to your tailgate.
No.Trailergating is not responsible for any personal items in your tailgate location, left behind or misplaced.
Weather happens — our services are rain or shine, but if conditions become unsafe or events are canceled/rescheduled, we review options case by case rescheduling, or credits.
Most venues open lots 3–5 hours before kickoff or event start. We aim to deliver and set up before your group arrives. Arrival window may vary depending on location—All recommendations will be provided to you in advance of your Tailgate.
Your rental includes a set block of tailgate time—typically 4 hours surrounding the event. Extensions are often possible for an additional hourly fee as well as what stadium/event locations rules and regulations are.
Trailer parking is added into your order and varies on stadium/location rules and regulations. Trailergating is not responsible for the parking fees/logistics of your regular vehicle.
- We deliver the trailer, set everything up prior to your arrival.
- We pack up and return for removal at the end of your rental.
- For backyard or driveway events, ensure sufficient clearance and access for setup.
- Each trailer comes with a set amount of tents/tables/coolers/tailgating games
- Additional options like extra games, heaters, lighting, tents, tables, etc, are available for add on in the proposal that we send once you’ve inquired to rent
We recommend booking 60–90 days in advance, especially for high-traffic football games or major events to secure your date and pricing. Trailers are limited and book fast for busier games so we recommend to secure yours far in advance to guarantee.
- Booking deposit: $500 non-refundable fee is required to officially reserve your trailer.
- We do NOT hold trailers, the deposit must be paid in order to secure your trailer.
- Final payment is due 2 weeks before your event
- All payments can be made through our booking portal
- Travel fees may apply for events beyond the service area.
